Four Things to Do When You've Lost The Motivation For Your Business
If it hasn't happened to you yet, it will. When you don't have a boss telling you what to do it's hard to keep your motivation!
This may be the biggest challenge as a business owner but hopefully these tips will help!
First identify what is causing the loss of motivation. Is it burn out? Lack of ideas? Too many ideas? Your mindset? Something you tried that you see as a failure?
Next you need to come up with a solution to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again. Do you need more sleep? Need to take better care of yourself? Hire help? Find a business friend to hold you accountable?

1. Listen to Podcasts
Many podcasts share stories of people who have been in your shoes. By listening to them you might find a small little adjustment you could make in your business or be inspired by someone else's story.
2. Read!
There are many books about mindset and also many about strategy. They both serve a purpose.
I usually am reading one book that has to do with developing my mind and confidence as well as one book about strategy. I find reading a book about strategy in the morning helps me to set my brain up for the day. Reading a book in the evening about confidence or developing my mind helps my subconscious mind while I'm sleeping.
3. Take a Break
Sometimes your brain just needs some space! Sometimes we can be hustling so hard to make our business work that we end up burning out. A burnt out person looses inspiration quickly and therefore loses motivation.
4. Listen to Motivational YouTube videos
Something about someone yelling at me and telling me to get my act together does it for me every time! Videos with Denzel Washington are my favorite!
